John Warrillow, author of Built To Sell, has posted the first details of his survey on what business owners expect when they sell their business. 67% of business owners expect to be out of the business in 12 months or less YET, the majority of sales of businesses are for the selling owner to be on sight or wait to receive all his money over a three year period.
